Taping Timeline
1:45 : Crew Meal is served!
2:00 : General Crew Call. Set up the studio for lighting: set pieces and chairs should be in place
2:15 : Studio is ready for lighting. Studio Tech lights with help of lighting board operator and stand-ins.
3:00 : Cast Call Time please be present so we can go over details, questions, etc, and familiarize yourself with the studio. Cast will meet in the lobby while studio prep continues. If you have not already done so, please review past episodes (see the sidebar on the right) to get an idea of what we're after.
3:15 : Studio is lit, cameras adjusted, Tricaster and Graphics are ready. Blocking Rehearsal for Cast and Crew; Cue-to-Cue dry run to iron out last-minute glitches.
3:45: Roll Tape!
4:15-4:30: Clean up Studio
Please be prompt and willing to take direction. We'd like to wrap up within 2h30m of studio use time. It will help if all questions are asked and answered early in the session before we start taping!
